He Joined My EMT Class!!!!!

OMG!!!! He freaking joined my EMT class! I was sitting outside this evening with some classmates, waiting for the door to the building to be unlocked, when he walked up. He said, "Hey woman," and I didn't reply. He walked over to the OW and some chick that was all over him and paraded that around - which I don't really care. I figured that he was just there to make himself seen, etc. They unlock the doors and I go into class. I'm not really paying attention until I hear his voice, look over, and there he is, sitting down with a text book! I went back outside and talked to my instructor, who already knew there was a problem, but said there was nothing he could do. I told him that I was definitely filing a RO tomorrow - so then what could be done. (Instructor has been a cop for 8 years.) He said if I file then he will kick him out of class.

I was told by a classmate who works with the OW that she convinced him to join the class. She said that it would be funny and that I would probably drop out if he joined! Well - I'm NOT! I'm just so frustrated! How can he do this crap??? This is not freaking high school and I am not a teenager!! Why so much drama and bull crap? These people are so unbelievable immature and impossible to believe at times!

AAGGGHHH!

As for the weekend...I'm going to try and be stress free (besides getting a RO and studying for a test on Monday). A bunch of us are going to a haunted house and then maybe have a bon fire Sat. night. Harmless fun - and I need some! But, I'm also feeling a little devious right now, and I'll be watching for my ex/or not so ex too. If I see his truck in a bar parking lot, I'm going to wait until I see him in his truck and call the cops. He's already got 2 DUI's, why not get him caught on his 3rd one....

Kait,

You did the right thing today by bringing this to the attention of the teacher and asking for advice.

Thanks for the support! But trust me...I would NEVER drunk dial him!

As for now, I'm staying away from the alcohol!

Did you get the RO?

This latest act by him is really over the edge in my opinion. He is really going out of his way to cause trouble. I do not think you should respond in the same fashion with the DUI reporting - but I also agree with what Alison says - if you happen to see it, report it. But don't stalk him to find this out.

Keep us posted.

Take all your documentation and get the RO.

Kaitlyn you seemed to get yourself into a jam. You should not be followed by him in a car and a ton of phone calls to your cell is another cause of concern.
The fact that he came to your door with his father is also a concern now that his whole family is a threat.
I can realize you are young from the things you wrote. You had said a month ago you were going to get the r/o and you didnt.
Well as you go through life you have to remember that old saying because it is true about everything in life.

DONT PUT OFF TILL TOMORROW WHAT YOU CAN DO TODAY.
Had you gotten the r/o you would not have this problem today.
I realize I will be bashed for this but I feel she has to learn from this .

I think this is very good advice - and you are kind to put your neck on the line to say it. Kaitlyn, are you listening? ;-)

Here is some more advice ,
You win these types of problems by using the law. The laws are there for you to use. If you are caught in a confrontation with the ex and the police remember cooler heads prevail. Dont lie and stretch the truth.
Also dont trust the word of his parents. Have them get supervised visits.

GOOD LUCK
