Can you tell me where might be a good place to hang out. My plans aren't set yet, but I may be coming for a weekend next month. A trip with some friends. I think the main purpose is to see a band but I'm sure we'll find time for other things.

I'm sure there must be some great places to hit.

their are plenty of places in Uptown. You just have to tell me what you are into. Maybe I can meet you all for a drink or something and take you all out for the pub crawl. :)

A pub crawl could be fun. I'm actually very flexible and am usually up for almost anything. I think that it could be a fun weekend. Not sure when exactly, maybe August 25th? The only thing I wouldn't want to do is hang out with a bunch of youngsters. Since I will be 40 soon, I prefer the over 30 crowd and not the college age kids. Being in the Triangle with all the schools, you find a lot of college bars. Forget about doing almost anything in Chapel Hill.

I'll keep you up to date. When do your kids come back from their dad's?

The girls come back on the 13th, but no worries, I would arrange something for them. yes, I hear you on the college kids. However, it isn't really a college town here. Many professionals and yes, a few college kids, but mainly everyone is in their 30's and 40's. I'm going on 36 so I know what you mean.
