Chatted with a few guys last night on POF- having a lot of fun with the whole thing....

One guy really loves kids, is fine with me being a single mom, and wants to meet for coffee this weekend.

I may be REALLY old school, but I never ever want to discuss sex with a man until we are in a sexual relationship. I just deem it as inappropriate. I like doing it (I am a true scorpion), not talking about it. I find it somewhat cheap. I find the more and more we are a OLD society the more open men/women are about that sort of thing. No thanks. Some have called me uptight, I just call it: class.

I strongly agree. Men who like to chat about sex and bring it up right away are usually only into just a sexual relationship(s).

When I tell them I think it's inappropriate the most comments I get back are: Well, my X so-and-so was not sexual and I was in a sexless marriage, so I just want to make sure you like it before we move further down the road....

WHAT? Oh please, NEXT. Give them the finger and your opening up a whole can of worms. I have tried to at least say, yes, thank you, I like it, now lets change the subject, but then the QUESTIONS start pouring out. Won't do that anymore. No reason, no one's business. I don't go around giving that information to anyone. I mean, I won't even discuss it with J that is why I was so upset. He KNOWS I hate questions like that and then he pulls it off as me having intimate issues. Whatever. Always some lame "a**" excuse for bad behaviour.

I agree with you. I talk about the basics of protection and exclusivity, but until I'm in a sexual relationship, too much innuendo and sexual talk is nearly always a turnoff.

In fact, even after I'm in a relationship, I'm not all that big on really dirty talk. Flirty innuendo is much more my style, not blatant porn style speak.

Moody, who isn't a big talker in bed
