Who really believes in this? Does anyone have examples of a really bad and good fit and you thought it was because the horoscope matched or didn't match?
Someone once told me that cancers were the perfect matches for scorpions, but Nascar was one and his introvert really drove me nuts, with no communication skills whatsoever. I always thought scorpions

This is a good question - I am curious to see what everyone says.
I am not sure myself. I have such a list of must have's and can't stands that those seem to over ride paying attention to horoscopes. I see no rhyme or reason to them with my own history. MA was aquarius, as I am, and he was not anything like one, more like a tsunami of irritation.
I am a 100% scorpio.. And I do feel from reading that soem qualities match very well. The one guy who consumed almost a decade of my life was aquarius. I liked him in many ways as a person. We were not a good match. I still think he is a great guy- may eb for some one else.
They say cancarians are great match for me. But before Biker I was seeing one and he was downright irriatting for me. I felt my Ex was better .. ughh..
Most of my friends are aquarians or scorpios.. Most websites say aquarians and scorps will make great great friends but never try a relationship..ugghh again
Again my Biker is aquarian.
Here is a link abt aquarians since there are many here

I want to see what everyone answers.
I don't put much stock in astrology, but I'm a Capricorn and I'm "supposed" to be super rational so I guess that fits. Actually, I did one of those plug in your birthdates/places and see if you are a match things with 3Month Fling Guy and with M. 3MFG was an Aquarius and we were supposed to have an intense physical attraction, but eventually be really bugged by what we perceived as one another's short-comings. We were to be more suited as business partners or platonic best friends. It did work out that way. With M (Libra), we're supposed to really meet one another's needs emotionally and sexually, but he has to watch the tendency to want to take over my life and we're supposed to have really nasty fights. We never fight. Virgo is supposed to be a perfect match with Capricorn and that is PsychoBoy's sign. While we were together for 30 years it wasn't blissful by any means. So I guess I can't be too caught up in having an astrological match.

I found this on a website between me (Cancer) and CNDG (Libra) http://www.astrologycom.com/astromatch/index.html
I don't see her as having "impeccable taste" (more casual or even "coquettish or devious." Otherwise this seems fairly accurate (so far).

The sparkling panache of the lovely Libran draws your attention right away. When you hit it off with a Libran, a bright new world of creativity, laughter and good fashion sense opens up as you step out of your private world and onto the fairways and greens of Society.
Libra's sexuality is responsive, yet very much subject to the environment. Libra seeks beauty and harmony in all things, so if you want to get along, make sure the scene is set properly for love. A natural partner, the Scales needs to relate so is eager to please. Ruled by Venus, Libra is attractive, with impeccable taste, but can be coquettish and even devious . Charming Libra can be narcissistic at times and responds readily to praise and flattery. The more attention you give, the more he or she will lap it up. Indeed, should your attention decrease for any length of time, Scales may lose interest and gravitate towards a warmer flame. Libra has a reputation for being easily led and unable to make decisions, but when thwarted, a sterner side can emerge, much to the surprise and consternation of the less finely attuned.
Libra, like Cancer, is a Cardinal Sign, best involved with a special person who understands a deep need for romance and a search for the perfect environment. Cooperative, imaginative and willing to experiment with all manner of relationship styles, this flexibility is intriguing, but can soon become threatening to your need for security. You operate on entirely different levels. You want love to be emotionally transcendent, while Airy Libra seeks perfect intellectual communion. Libra has little sympathy for your moods, and given time you'll become exasperated by Libra's detachment and shallow emotions. Learn to be more tolerant and less possessive if you want to keep your Libra.
You are both idealists, so can find common ground in social values, if you sort out your priorities. Liberal Libra seeks balance and justice, giving focus to the partner, but conservative Cancer is the protector of home, family and the values that uphold them. Both of you do love a beautiful home, so there is harmony there, but Libra is so extravagant that your cautious command of the financial niceties will be outraged once Libra starts throwing money around like confetti.
Your priorities are so different that it's hard to find common ground. If you love a Libran, you will need to take serious stock of your goals and ambitions. The match can be satisfying, but only with excellent compensating Moon Signs or other compatible chart factors. If you don't have these, you should let the Librans sparkle on somebody else's tree.
Okay...I don't know how I feel...but after reading the info from the website mhash posted, I might be a believer.
Ha ha ha
I did this first for me and my ex husband.
What about the Chinese horoscope? They go by year of birth. when I was pregnant with S19 I was working at the US headquarters of Sanrio, Inc. (Hello Kitty). Most of the employees were Asian, at least half brought in from Japan. They went nuts when I had my first child, a boy, in the year of the Dragon. And even more nutty when he turned out a golden blonde to go with his Golden Dragon designation. The CEO of US operations was so superstitious about this Golden Dragon thing, he made his wife wait til the year of the dragon to have their first kid.Thank goodness the kid was a boy. Dragon Ladies are not such a good thing.
I think I'm the year of the rat, not such a nice thought.

I don't put too much stock into any of the astrology things, though I do find them interesting at times. I usually find that I could pretty much make something from each one fit to match me- and the one that I am (Aquarius)- just doesn't match me all that often!
Same goes for the Chinese Zodiac.
I am a Dragon though- even though according to the year I was born, I'm a snake. But with the chinese new year- it usually happens anywhere from late Jan to early March... so I was actually born before the new year- so I'm a dragon! Sometimes I think
