We want to hear all about your day! Share here please. Good Bad and Ugly all welcome. I know some times there are things that happen that you just really need to explode about. We're all ears (or eyes. Whatever. ;)

Hard to be quiet when it's good. I have to be more quiet if it's a Sunday afternooner because Dylan is here. But he's 5 and hasn't quite mastered the knowledge of what's happening in there, he just knows he needs to go play or watch cartoons. But he did knock on Sunday and I had to manage to tell him I'd be out in a little while. LOL! Bite a sheet or a pillow if that helps. Or if you have a bathroom in your master bedroom, take it to the shower. The water running will drown out some of the noise.

I was so relieved when we took my ring in. Thankfully it was just one of the little side stones so wasn't a huge deal. I tell you though, I learned my lesson and am bringing with me the paperwork for the other two rings when I go to pick it up to update their inspections as well. And that solidified it for MG, he said he'll only make jewelry purchases there from now on. Suits me fine though; they've got a great layaway plan so it never eats into our budget and is always really good quality.

Aww, the mashed potatoes. There was roasted garlic potatoes, rosemary potatoes, and saffron with a little dash of cumin potatoes. All very yummy.

Oh and about Christmas, I forgot to mention that one of my gifts which went well with one of my stocking stuffers was a bath caddy that rests across the tub with a candle holder, a wine glass holder and a book holder and in my stocking wonderful bath powder that is whirlpool safe. So after gifts and coffee, I had time to go soak in a wonderful candlelit whirlpool bath (I put orange juice in a stemmed glass). Talk about feeling like the most pampered woman!!

It really doesn't create any friction with dh being so into our home decor because generally we have the same or similar ideas and pretty much the same tastes. So it's more that we feed off one another and oh dear, don't let us go out shopping just looking around because we're terrible at seeing something that would go just right in the living room or one of those "Oh, gosh, wouldn't that be perfect for that spot in the dining room!" It's a good thing I make a point of paying bills before we ever even go out browsing for an afternoon because we rarely come home empty handed. LOL

DURING THE DAY? Are you kidding? My kids are 7/9 and there is no way that they would pretend to watch a movie in the front of the house while 'we took a nap'.

LOL!!!

Doesn't work with Ty anymore either. We did a few times as early as a year ago while he was running around outside playing. (I wouldn't see him for two hours at a time until we wanted to take TEN MINUTES to ourselves for crying out loud!!!)
