That is really great. So often people only take time to complain, not to say thanks. Kudos to you, you deserve it.

YEAH!! That is the nicest letter - and you are so deserving - I am sure that was not easy and it is refreshing to hear there are people in our medical system that care about the patient!!

That is the nicest letter and you definately deserve bragging rights - and a raise of course!

Many people do not take the time to compliment when they outstanding service - I am one of those that does.

so so very nice. Thanks for sharing that with us Rebecca. You should print that out and get that framed. Ave would appreciate that later on in life. I am reminded of the Marianne Williamson quote from her Return to Love book: "Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure.

It is our Light, not our Darkness, that most frightens us. We ask ourselves, who am I to be brilliant, gorgeous, talented, fabulous? Actually, who are you NOT to be? You are a child of God. Your playing small does not serve the world. There is nothing enlightening about shrinking so that other people won't feel unsure around you. We were born to make manifest the glory of God that is within us. It is not just in some of us; it is in everyone. As we let our own Light shine, we unconsciously give other people permission to do the same. As we are liberated from our own fear, our presence automatically liberates others."

Keep shining your light Rebecca for you are liberating others.

Hugs,
Mark
