I still use my Holly Hobbie blanket that my G-ma made me when I was 1--it keeps me warm in the winter when I am all alone!!

I remember Holly Hobbie! And Strawberry Shortcake and the Smurfs! I remember days when I couldn't get that theme "La-LAA-lalalala" out of my head!!!!

We also had a Stretch Armstrong toy- with his "bad guy" enemy who was green (I can't remember his name though).

I also remember those skates that clamp onto your regular shoes, with the METAL wheels. Hit a pebble on the sidewalk and your life flashes before your eyes as you fly through the air!! LOL

I think it is sweet that you not only still HAVE the blanket, but the you use it.

After reading this thread, I feel officially old.....

Lemon Twists (the loop around your ankle and lemon on one end that you jumped over)??

Roller skates that clipped to you shoes with the hideous skate key that you never REALLY needed but couldn't lose?

Zoom!

Electric Company (my favorite was the skit where they'd show two faces and would put words together...... "D......ate..... Date!" And was that shtick about "It's the plumber, I've come to fix the sink!" on that show???

Schoolhouse Rock between cartoons on ABC.
