I think I'm in High School all over

I posted a message about this guy I have been seeing and got lots of responses - Thanks!
As I sit and ponder my situation right now, the more I think I am in high school all over - why is it when I talk to this guy, who I have been seeing for about 6 months, my tongue gets tied and

LOL.. for some reason this reminded me of my Mother when she started dating again. The man she ended up marrying.. she was the same way. She used to write herself notes, like an outline of everything she would want to talk about. She would actually put a lot of time into it, and it was the neat long list.. made me laugh! Then if she knew he was out of town for work she'd write like a three page letter that she would read out on his voicemail.
Now, I am in no way suggesting this lol. Just a funny story that you reminded me of.
I think that high school feeling can be fun sometimes... and that girlie girl feeling has not ended for me at all. When I really like a guy I can't help but wonder when is he going to call, omg he said THAT he must really like me! I try to snap myself back into reality though and not read to much into stuff.
Have fun being a girl!
and by then, it was too late."
When do we stop being girls???? Hopefully NEVER LOL!!!
I STILL get giddy when my BF sends me an e-mail or text that just says 'I LOVE YOU'.
there was a napkin in the glove box that I had used to blot my lipstick MONTHS ago.
This just cracked me up - and I agree!
"I have a masters degree and have lived a lot of life, seen a lot of things, I am a fully functioning adult in many ways other than talking to a "boy". I am not alone, I talk to my other girlfriends who are dating (who have been single for a long time) and they obsess over the stuff their date tells them. When do we stop being girls????"
LOL!! we are just ridiculous!! I don't know what else to say - I guess a sense of humor IS in order!! :-)
It WAS sweet.
I really look forward to the end of work, because I know you'll be there at the end of the day.'
Awww Geez, Moon....you're making me sigh out loud and now my coworkers are wondering what is up with me, lol. That is just so sweet!! Uhhh Yup...the man is head over HEELS in love with you my friend. You are so lucky to have found each other!!
Thanks for the smiles! To my co-workers: MYOB lol!
Glad I am not alone! I also think that my ex was not interested in giving him an update of the day - what happened with me and the kids, etc. so I learned to not talk to him about it. My heart skips a beat when my bf calls and I get chills when I think about seeing him (he does too). Guess I should be happy about feeling like a girl, but maybe it's more because I am so afraid of not being totally in control and being so hurt again.
