I know. I was hungry from all the exercise yesterday - even though I ate all day and a huge dinner and more before bed. That just happens sometimes on the longer days. I ate 2 big bagels and then went for the ride - it was a hard ride with a lot of wind on the way home. Am done for the day so that is good. This was my last easy week - it is going to get tough from now until the beginning of April. 5 hour rides and 2.5 hour runs - here we come!!!

Hmmm... good question Soonee...

Looking at it from both sides:

You're now single and interested, you want to let the guy know that you're there if he's game... no harm in that since you ARE single...

but

If you're the girl he's with, you wouldn't want someone else waving their goods to your bf!

Why don't you just make it clear that you are single and state how happy you are for him that he is over his old relationship?

Those two things seem like an obvious invitation if it was something he wanted to pursue. You dumped him remember.

Also, if the idea of poaching bothers you, you should wait till he is single. Several people I know would not be in the relationships they are if there was a firm "no poaching" law. Just decide if its worth it to you to know people may look at you that way.
