He said "Im giving you one more chance to let me see Averey, i just talked to Terry (his atty) & he wants to know where you want to be served, your house or work." I said "You had a chance last week & you refused it. Feel free to serve me where ever

I think you have excellent documentation - but should be very careful - you don't know what his snakey attorney can do to misconstrue something about what you wrote. You should only deal with your attorney.
Do you have security at work that would prevent them from serving you there?
He CAN serve you. But you will deal with that when the time comes. I think you will be okay - just make a little rattled.
Yeah - i know i technically SHOULDNT email anything to his atty, but i figure its only HIS OWN email in black & white. It just made me feel GOOD!
My ex is almost as nuts as yours. When we had our last mediation my attorney had it set up that we could only contact each other through a website set up for people with difficult communication issues. The site is secure and private. The emails can't be deleted or changed. They are also admissible in court and the judge has access to them if needed. This site has been a God send for me. No more harassing and threatening emails, text messages or phone calls. He does get pretty smart a** sometimes, but I keep it very logical and direct.
Anyway, the website is www.ourfamilywizard.com. It is too bad you can't move far enough away to keep him at bay.

UGH
I'm glad that A doesn't even call, let alone freak out on me! Good to follow Mike's instructions and write Terry... interesting to see what happens.
You know what? Not worth my time & effort since 99.9% of the crap he spews is false. He probably never even SPOKE ot his atty. He lies ALL THE TIME. Thats why i called his bluff & sent the email to his atty.
The Family Wizard is an idea. I will mention it to the psyc
