That is a huge thing that you have the doctor's statement. If I was you I would be tempted to get some instructions in writing or I guess at the very least you can take notes and indicate the time and date. Now you hold the cards because you have the nanny and his word. If he scares DD she doesn't have to go. I just hope he doesn't try to intimidate or blackmail her into saying he is nice when he is not. But I am sure you will keep an eye on it.

That is such a tough thing with the XFIL. I would want the no-shock or B route. Can't imagine having to have electric shocks so I can live through cancer. But each person has to make their own choice. I guess all you can do is make sure he really understands his choices and makes what he thinks is the best for him.
