We watched From Lambs to Lions - the new movie with Robert Redford and Meryl Streep
Did you like the movie or the company or both ;-)?
I liked both - it was our first movie together and we both liked the story.
Do you recommend that movie?
Yes - it has a very good message about war - great story, great plot, great acting/casting. RR never disappoints me - I have been watching his movies for decades.

I love good stories - comedy, drama, thriller, foreign. The only ones I DO NOT like are things with violence or gore or horror - not for me!!!!!
If you cant remember which one you went last to a movie hall, just list the one you watched from a DVD at home.
Well I will give you that one too since I have watched it like 1000 times - it is Pride and Prejudice - with Kira Knightly - it is my all time favorite movie!! But I usually watch that one by myself.
Hmmm- well the last "date movie" I went on was with Jay last sunday... we saw Beowolf.

- Last one we watched together was "the heartbreak kid" with Ben Stiller- total comedy.. It was fun

-Liked both.

LB & I cant watch a movie at home .... b/c HE apparently thinks that that means sex on the couch, lol.
But we did end up seeing some Vampire movie AT the movies, in Oct. We were late for the real movie we wanted to see. & no, i wouldnt REALLY recommend it ... cant remember the name anyway. lol
Personally, i see a TON of theater movies. Im sort of an addict - its a fav past time & now that Ave is a LITTLE older, i can bring her to some pg-13's even.
The only SO I go to the movies with is my DD of 14. We saw Enchanted this weekend. It was a fun movie and we both liked it. I found it great how Disney did not take themselves seriously and parodied their own Cinderella movie in this movie.
My last SO was two years ago and I do remember that she was very picky about movies and could not appreciate too many. We saw Weeping Camel and both agreed it was boring. We also saw Broken Flowers and she did not like it because of the naked twenty-something girl in it trying to seduce Bill Murray.
Which is the last movie you watched with an SO or a date on big screen as in actually going to the cinemas? I can't even remember for sure- but I think Hiker and I went to see Bourne Ultimatum.
Did you like the movie or the company or both ;-)? It was more of his choice for the movie (typical guy thing, to pick the action film)- but as usual, I enjoy the movies he picks anyway, and ALWAYS enjoy his company. :-)
Do you recommend that movie? It was a wild ride of an action film- so if that's what you're in the mood for, then go see it!

I tend to prefer the drama/romantic comedy types because I like it when a movie moves me. I'm a crier at the movies! lol But action is always fun, too. I don't like the chop-em-up scary movies, but a decent scary thriller is sometimes good.

My last movie actually at the cinema was with (and this is terrible) my ex, years ago we saw "7". We were working on our marriage at the time and had a "date."
This passed summer I watched a dvd at home with Summer Guy and it was Wild Hogs. He laughed
I saw "No Country for Old Men" with Blue Eyes last weekend. It was very good....lot's of great characters and great suspence. Yes, I enjoyed the company...because he's a hand holder/stroker and I like that at the movies.
My favorite movies are usually suspense drama. Sitting on the edge of my chair, heart racing! I also like twisty plots, and of course those that make me feel good or cry...My favorite movie seen recently was the Pursuit of Happyness. So touching and almost hard to watch, but it's a real story of preserverance in the face of practically disabling odds. Incredible movie...I highly suggest it as a rental.
So "No Country for Old Men" is a Cohen Brothers movie, yes?
