First Car:70's VW Rabbit. Manual transmission and lots of miles, but it was a trooper.

First Kiss:2nd grade JS in his basement playroom. He wanted to get married when we grew up, LOL.

First Love: 2nd grade, JS, then his family moved. We ran into one another a couple times after high school and he remembered every last detail about me. Should have dumped PsychoBoy and went out with JS

First broken heart:Middle school, KC. After a 3 mo. puppy love fling he dumped me for a sleeze. Funny, in HS, a friend of his (one of his many X girl friends) who was an acquaintance of mine asked him if he had any regrets in all those relationships. Me, I was his one regret, because I was the nicest, sweetest, smartest girl he'd ever been with and he knew he'd hurt me.

First Concert:Either Blue Oyster Cult or the Tubes, maybe it was both.

First time living away from home: age 17, for college. Got on a plane and landed in NYC, never having been there before, somehow navigated my way to Pratt.

First time doin' the deed (location, circumstances) Just like Looney, age 16 in PsychoBoy's parent's living room on the floor. His parents were out of town.

First Job: Dairy Queen

First major achievement/accomplishment:I have been an over achiever forever, but I guess the first big deal achievement would be aceing the PSAT and earning National Merit Scholar status.

First time/moment you really KNEW you were going to make it alone..independent, as a single mom (or dad): The day my X finally moved out. I slept through the night for the first time in years. Woke up and just felt peaceful.

He left the church within the next year.

I hope he left the Priesthood, rather than be moved to a different parish.

When I lived in Ireland, there was a stink about Priest pedophiles who would get shunted to Northern Ireland when they got caught in the Republic, then back again when they got caught there, and so on.

I am not Catholic--my daughter is AND I know that this is a controversial topic--BUT I say--just let these Priests and Nuns live out 'normal' lives so they don't have to resort to hurting others!

Oh, I had to join in on this one after reading everyone else's... not so much for you guys to read, but so I would have to think about this stuff!

First Car: 1987 Plymouth Horizon. Ice Blue. I HATED that car..... my parents bought it though I paid for it. Thought I was getting a dark blue Nissan.

First Kiss: Kindergarten. Daryl kissed me full on the mouth right in the coat room! Our teacher saw us and just laughed.

First Love: Hmmmmm. Micheal. He was the rebound after Joe (see below) though it was never really a rebound!

First broken heart: Joe G..... Junior year of high school, he went on a band trip and ended up spending ALOT of quality time with Kelly O. My FRIENDS helped them be alone but one kind soul reported back to me. When I got off the school bus that first day back, he was waiting for me with open "did you miss me" arms. I stepped off the bus, walked over to him and smacked him so hard across the face that he had a welt until mid-afternoon! Boys on my bus cheered.

First Concert: Chicago (the band). I'm embarrassed to say I was in college, though I'd been to the orchestra with my parents.

First time living away from home: College! 180 miles from home.

First time doin' the deed (location, circumstances): I was 17. Senior year with Micheal. Halloween day, in the middle of the afternoon in my own room in my own bed while my parents were out. We'd made an attempt the night before in the car, but decided that was cheesy. Funniest thing about this is that my sweetie (current) did the deed for the first time on the VERY SAME day!!!! Obviously with someone else and about 8 states away....

First Job: Summer camp counselor. One of the boys had a huge crush on me and followed me and stalked me for an entire year after that.

First major achievement/accomplishment: Being the first member of my extended family to graduate from college.

First time/moment you really KNEW you were going to make it alone..independent, as a single mom (or dad): When the mortgage loan officer told me that the bank would lend me 6 times my salary (WAY more than I'd planned on spending).

Any other firsts you would like to add!
