I'm actually 27 and not 40-something.

I'm not jealous of your marriage at all - I'm very happy in my relationship and really have nothing to be jealous of. I have a great man who treats me like a queen, takes care of me, makes me immensely happy, and allows me to do the same for him. Plus we're raising a beautiful little boy together. So jealous is not the word.

Ironically enough, we do have something in common. My husband also travels for work and is gone M-F most weeks. It's tough and it sucks when I'm home without him.

Hopefully you'll stick around, read the rest of the board and make some new friends. We're always happy to have new people.

And anything in ~*~dazzle brackets~*~ is totally a word. =-)

WOW. I am sure none of us are jealous of your marriage. You sound bored.
And for what its worth - you did not come here to support. You came here to poke holes in either the group as a whole or an individual in it to build yourself up IMO. It pretty much a classic move in the good old psychology books. Hope you have been well distracted from whatever you are avoiding over there by the drama you stirred up here but tomorrow you will have the same problems. You need to find the drama you are looking for elsewhere. We dont have enough of it here to keep you occupied and clearly you have a ton of time on your hands. Eventually when we recognize people who come here to flame and dash, we learn to ignore and thats what I suggest everyone does in this situation.
As for what your husband thinks. I think he is smart to agree with you - life is probably easier that way. He knows less than you do about the board obviously so I wont be taking take much stock in his opinion, sorry. It only proves that he know how to handle you.

It could be worse. I could just start 'talking' like the people on my livejournal group. The one I love so dearly that likes to critisize celebs. We totes have our own language, lol.

First of all, I would think a fairly new co-leader would want to be careful about encouraging posters to be rude to a new poster, as well as encouraging a member to circulate pictures of a third party she met online

I'm pretty sure that's against your guidelines

Hmmmm, I'll look into that. Thanks.

Taye, I don't think that anyone was outright rude to you, and I certainly can't see anywhere that anyone was encouraged to be rude to you.

Maybe we all jumped on you because you were rather rude in your reply to and about Rlch.
