Thanks for pointing that out! :(

I really miss him right now. I wonder ifhe misses me - I think he does. Unlike me though he can go out and do something. I am chained to my fate. :(

Help your daughter out for crying out loud. Tell here it doesn't matter, that mommy is fine and strong and it will all be ok. She sees your state of mind and she's worrying about things she shouldn't have to deal with!!!

And "chained to your fate"...that is a crappy attitude. We are NOT chained to one fate, but we are in CHARGE of it! Quit waiting for Jack to "rescue" you and get your life in gear. If you mean you are chained to your daughter, then you should be glad about that and it's sad to hear you say that. Your attitude WILL translate to her without speaking it to her. And obviously you are right about her being old enough to realize what's going on now. STOP obsessing about him and whether he will call or not. BUILD A LIFE! As long as you wallow in this feeling you will be unhappy. GET YOUR BUTT OUT OF THAT WHINEY ATTITUDE!

If he loved you, you would know it. You wouldn't be guessing!!! I know you won't like what I say and will most likely ignore it.

you really really have to discover who you are. is there something that you've always wanted to do? do it! you have to define who you are so that YOU will realize how great you are and how stupid any person is for letting you slip out of their life. think about it from an outside point of view. would YOU want someone who has no personal goals and feels sorry for themselves? NO. i dont think that you should bother with Jack. He will come back or he wont. i bet that you will be totally predictable and call him first. i wish you wouldnt. i know this is wacky, but there is a silent movie called "IT" with Clara Bow - an old silent screen star. it is about having "IT" and it is as true today as it was back then. self confidence = sex appeal. get off the pity pot and show everyone how wonderful you are. but if you dont buy it, you cant sell it. ;)

love to you,

Don't feel sorry for yourself!! Enough of the "drama queen" moments. Pick yourself up, dust yourself off and adopt this story:

AMEN!!!!

I couldn't have said that better myself. It was pretty much what I was going to say. ;)

Laura, read that gals story (which was EXCELLENT) and learn to move on and be happy WITH YOU. And Candi was right, for your daughter's sake, because she needs and deserves a mommy who takes care of you both.
