Money woes, but SO comes alive...

Just a little venting about a horrible experience yesterday afternoon but in the end, I slept soundly knowing how supported I am. I was kinda floored....
I work downtown and there's NO parking. I had a few unpaid parking tickets (I had not been able to pay them, 40 to 70 dollars each).

What an amazing story about how you met - very moving.
Blue Eyes sounds like a wonderful guy, and what an angel for everything he did for you with your car hell. Isn't it great to have someone like that to rely on?
I went through a similar situation recently, where I received a property tax bill for buying out my house completely from my XH - it was the equivalent of about 5,000 $ and it had to be paid immediately. I panicked totally, as I just don't have that sort of money to give away, but Monkey managed to calm me down with lots of hugs, and we wrote out a plan where I asked for a payment plan over six months. I had hesitated to tell him, as he is so sensible with money and I was scared he would think I was irresponsible. But, just like your Blue Eyes, he did not judge me or get angry, just calmly helped me out.
Blue Eyes is a lovely support for you, and you are both very lucky to have each other.
Clem xx
Wow - that was really nice of him to help you like that! And what a sweet and moving story on how you two met.
That parking situation sounds just awful!! Sorry you had to go through that. Hope your day is better today.
I bet the cancer patients are all very grateful for your super positive and bubbly personality - we always enjoy your sweet replies to all of our messages. No wonder BlueEyes likes you so much!!
OH ... what a story! How you met .... how wonderful he is ... You guys are SO lucky to have found one another! I am SO happy for you!
Hi, Thats a great story (about how you met). He sounds really sweet. He seems to be the kind of person who loves to have someone to take care of and depend a bit on him for small things. My guy is also similar he would just about do anything when there is a real issue.. But not very good at giving flowers and cards . I realise this more when I have such sticky situations..
Hi Pac Sun,
I'm sorry to hear about the car/money difficulties, but SOOOOOOO glad to read this line:
Sounds like you got a great guy, too, Clem!!
Thanks for your comments Judy, Rebecca, Dance and Moon...
I do feel very lucky and it's a reminder to cherish the day! Instead of letting money woes and dread shadow my life, I will focus on the love in my life, the encoutragement, and the friendships I have. That includes all you wonderful and wise group of gals
>>I hope you two continue to enjoy each other, grow in your love, and experience all life's incredible adventures.>>
Thank you, Moon! I'm going into my day smiling. Now, don't keep me hanging...what happened with night golfer?? News? OK, sorry I'm prying, lol.

Pry away, my friend!
I called him and left a message.
