Well I had my Sunday morning/afternoon date. It was supposed to be short because he was supposed to have a baseball game at 2:00. The weather was bad and the game was cancelled so he asked me how long I had and said he would like to take me to a movie as well if I could swing it. I met him for brunch and when we were done we still had over an hour to kill before any movies would be starting. It was pouring so no outdoor options really available. He asked if we could maybe just rent a movie and head to his place to watch. I feel pretty comfortable with him so I said sure. I have gone out with him before and know enough about him that I don't feel intimidated. I am very leary of strange men.
We rented "Stranger than Fiction". It was good. We snuggled up on the couch for a bit. He rubbed my shoulders and feet which was nice. He was a bit too affectionate for me (read kissy) though and I told him that I would have to take things very slowly. We had a nice time and he asked about my plans for the coming weekend. I don't have anything planned right now except for someplans with some friends for Saturday afternoon. He said he may be out of town at a coaching workshop but should know if that will happen by today or tomorrow and would let me know.
I like him. Not sure if there is a spark there but wouldn't mind getting to know him a little better. On paper he is a good guy for me but will have to see how that all works out. I'm keeping it open but if his schedule is tied up this much I may pass regardless. If he doesn't have time for a relationship, silly to keep seeing him. I wouldn't mind adding him to my list of fiends though.
Right now I'm just up for casual anyhow so it is fine. He is nice and good company.
Priscilla
