Remember Church guy? I think I named him Choir Boy. We are still in contact. I had two dates with him (one last Friday night), but doubt I will have a third. Nothing bad to say about him, in regards to how he treats me, but....
- He is VERY impatient and that was one of the reasons his wife left. It seems if things are not quick enough for him, he tends to speak in a way that makes you feel dumb. That his how he said his wife explained it to him. Unfortunately, I can see that. Nothing that he did to me, but you know, how you can just tell? So that to me was the number one no-no indicator
- He talks WAY to loud. He has a booming voice and I don't like that
- and last but not least, his laugh is AWFUL! He has the worst loud laugh and it makes me cringe.
We dated only twice in probably 6 weeks, but I know he wants to see me again soon. I don't know how to say we don't fit. I think I'll just turn down a couple of invitations and hope he gets the hint. His schedule with his business is way to busy anyways. If I HAD been interested, I would have had to wait weeks to even see him.
I've had quite a few offers to go out, but I haven't bitten yet. Not sure I want to. I feel so disinterested. I am much happier at home with my children. And when I'm out, like last weekend, I want to get home as quick as possible to be with them. I guess I missed them much more then I thought when they went to Europe. My oldest is having some teenage trouble and my youngest needs a lot of "mommy and me"

It sounds like you're making all the right choices!
I think either not accepting invites, or simply telling him you're not feeling a connection is a smart choice, since there are already so many things you don't like about him.
As for the children- I think most of us relish our "kid" time- until we are sick of it.

No, it is definitely not the "it" factor, but I am not looking anyway and
Good for you for knowing what you want in life right now.
Hey Cat.
