So i just got the court orders from that last court date ....
1. Must pay the CS arrearage in 30 days
2. Must sign over the life insurance policy in 10 days (today is day 10 ... no word from his atty OF COURSE)
3. Must pay the past due IRS $ he owes me in 180 days
4. MUST ATTEND COUNSELING w/ psyc, at $15 co-payment per session
5. Must pay the sum of $750 to Plaintiff's atty within 180 days
So, my bill for this IS 4K w/ my atty - JUST to get all this written in orders AGAIN, since ALL of this was already court orderd back in MAY!

That's wonderful news!
I'm hoping he finally gets his act together for Averey's sake, but not holding my breath. What will happen if he doesn't pay all of the monies owed?
Obviously it's been ordered before, and he didn't follow through- what do you do if he doesn't do it? Keep going to court and wracking up even more legal fees, or is there some other recourse for you now?
Good luck, keep us posted!
Moody, glad not to have to deal with this

Good for you!!!! Now hopefully he "see's the light" and follows the order. What are the reprecussions if he does not? Will they issue a warrant? Not saying that you want that but is that the tactic they would use at this point?
Luckily my ex hasn't given me any problems in regards to our settlement with the exception of taking the boys once a week from 4-8. He just takes them for the one overnight per week but we've discussed the 4-8 and he's going to start once the boys are out of school in June and he may turn it into another overnight which would be fine.
Good luck~I hope he opens his eyes real quick!!!

Great news! Keeping my fingers crossed for you that he will follow through this time.
