what you may find.

I could kick myself. It was a momentary lapse in ... well, everything I want to be! (honest, adult, not sneaky) ... & when Carlos was in the shower this morning at my house, I looked at his text messages. Pure & simple, I snooped. & I didnt like what I found.

Good luck. Sounds like you're heading in the right direction and you've got a handle on the situation :)

Yes - we are all rooting for you. I hope you have the strength to explain how you really feel and what you want.

While I would agree that you should not spill the beans about the snoop, I would urge you to take action so you are not tempted to do that again.

Be strong and keep us posted!

WOW,
What a story. This is intense. I love all the contributions, and Rebecca, I am eager for things to resolve to your liking.

Sometimes in the early stages if it is not exclusive, i have exercised dating other men just to ease the pain that it isn't exclusive... Does that make sense? Maybe to feel well if he won't be exclusive with me, then maybe other men want to be... I never have slept around tho, but any way, his texts could just be that.

About the right and wrongs of snooping. I peeked in the window of My guy's garage to see if his car was there when he didn't answer the door bell but his chimney was smoking. Well, it wan't, but did I feel horrible for snooping!!

I imagine your gut did tell you something. But he really didn't do anything wrong from what I understand.

Well. hang in there. I bet if and when you have the talk things will work out in your favor. He really sounds as if he cares a lot about you.

Good luck!
