Hello and welcome to our board.

As long as you don't see any real red flags or things that really bother you, I think you should meet him in person soon and make a go or no go decision from there.

I am all for meeting sooner rather than later in the OLD process. I used to email a lot before I would meet someone but now I don't. Because too much initial email tends to push the getting to know you process too quick - because you tend to share more in an email than in person - and it might set you up to be stuck on someone too soon without really getting to know each in person other first. When you are emailing, you are forming an imaginary image of them. But in person you can see their mannerisms - how they drive - how they talk - how they treat other people - how they dress - many things that matter - and then your image becomes a lot more accurate.

Just my .02.

At any rate, keep us posted - and good luck with finding a job that will accommodate your schedule needs. We are glad to have you here and hope you stick around.

I know that meeting in person is often different than what you thought on paper. And it does take time to get to know someone in person. I have had ones I thought were so so on paper turn into very fun and good ones. And vice versa.
