I know I just posted that I have no time for dating BUT dating would be sooooo nice AND that whole nakie time that everyone is always talking about--soooo miss that!

ANYWAY! Last night I went to the corner store by my house to grab some soda on the way home--I used to go there all the time because a friend worked there but I haven't been in about a year. The son of the owner (SCO)

DEFINATELY begin going in more often but not too too often either - maybe a couple of days or more inbetween visits at first.

Id go in & say "Hey, once the store sells I wont know where to find you." & hand him your card, or something w/ your cell # & email on it. & say "maybe we can catch a cup of coffee or a drink sometime".

That's a really great way to go about it. Casual and friendly, not too forward and makes the best of the situation. Way to go R!

Perfect. (what Rlch suggested)

April- that's what I would do. It does put the ball in his court and it's not too forward. FYI- when BE was first interested in me but had not yet asked me out, he also made sure to mention that he was still single. Most guys won't say that unless they are letting you know for a reason :O)

If you go to the store more often and make time for chit chat then it wont look 'odd' it will look like you are interested, which you are. I dont see whats wrong with that. If you are interested then by all means take the first step and gently lead him. I think that he works at the corner store is pretty darn convenient. I say go for it.
