If I remember you can keep your profile hidden on match until you want it to be seen.

you can keep your profile on match hidden until you are ready to "show it" - you have total control over that.

Of course we are willing to help you with edits if you post here.

I think good pix are very important - a good closeup of your face and a few dressy pix - and if you have a hobby that is very good too.

Start running! I can help you with that too. I am 46 and started 3 years ago. I use a great web site for runners over 40. Want the link? There are a few runners on this board too. I think West is one and might be a few more. So we can be single dating runner moms.

Yep single moms have to get creative when it comes to time for themselves. You might consider running to work or home from work. I ride to work often. Or running when they are in gymnastics. Map out a route near their gymnastics place. Or run in the evening and have a local teen come babysit for an hour while you run. Many moms bring their kids along in jogger strollers or riding next to them on skates or bikes.

The ages of the kids puts you in a rough spot...I remember those days...

Do you have any friends or neighbors with whom you can trade time? That seemed to work for me when mine were that age. If you are running you only need an hour or so and most people don't mind watching anothers kids for that short a time.

I've tried the track thing, too. Worked for about 2 laps and then they got bored or wanted me to play with them or complained bitterly.

you might consider smaller time frames several times a day instead of all at once? I wonder if you could walk at lunch? And then get 15 min at the track with them playing in the middle? Start small and work up?

Your situation sounds really hard - 3 kids those ages is a challenge and never mind with your work commute and having to run them to so many things!!

I am going to try to get myself together at lunch a couple of days a week.

I know finding time to do anything healthy for myself with the kids is difficult.
