I'm so PISSED at myself now - I have gained back 24 of the 48# i lost - over the winter it came back on & I finally admitted it yesterday when I got the nerve to ... YET, i just ate an entire bag of "Munchies" mix, combo of Cheetos, Doritos, pretzels & Sun chips. I just checked, that would be 1260 calories, AND ... drum roll ....SIXTY-THREE grams of FAT! Holy sh*t. Wont even count the freaking pepsi i had with it!!!!!!!! Cripes. Back to the gym Monday, FOR SURE.

I have been forcing myself to think about what I eat. Working so many crazy hours makes it easy for me to justify eating really horribly.

Today I had 2 Snickers Kudos bars, a brownie, and several cups of coffee and I'm on my third diet coke. I used to justify it, saying that I didn't eat real meals, and a candy bar was less calories. However, I'm worried about developing facial fat- (the rest of it I've become good friends with, I guess), and I'm *still* shoving fatty foods into my face. Smart, Moody.

I have been walking sporadically on my lunch break- but I don't always get a lunch break, so that's no good for a reliable excersize plan. If I had time, I'd definitely be at the gym. Meanwhile, I really am making a better effort to eat more healthfully- and not to stress too much.

If I could only have about 6 more hours in a day, I might have time to really excersize and get the rest of the things done that never seem to be finished!!

Moody, who would love a 30 hour day

Well, the good thing is that you haven't gained back all of it - 48 pounds is quite an accomplishment - and you are now aware of what you are doing and will make a change.

I think you are seeing one of the little "perks" of nearing 40. I now find I really really have to watch what I eat or I gain weight easily - even with the hours of training I put in every week. What a pain! I had to stop myself from going to Starbucks so much - I was spending a lot of money and eating too many of their cookies.

Ok - i ate & drank ALL WEEKEND like a fish. Cause in 10 min (at 12AM Monday) I am D-O-N-E !

I literally threw out all my fat clothes last year & have NOTHING to wear now. Had to go out Fri & get bigger pants JUST to wear this weekend.

The gym begins in the AM, AS DOES THE HEALTHY EATING. I did it b4, I can do it AGAIN!

........ I have 9 min left to eat ... gotta run

This rings true with me... I ate and drank so much this weekend and now I feel so miserable. I have also managed to put on about 12 pounds over the past year and have brought my gym bag into work. I have one of those double bellies. Horrible.

Want a diet buddy?
