Cat:

I know, it's absolutely unbelievable. I said that we went to an outlet mall in Wisconin. He had been to that outlet mall Friday afternoon on his way back home from Detroit. He went to this music store and saw some stuff there that he thought I would like. He tried to call me at work, but he wasn't getting good reception because of the distance, so he didn't want to get me something I already had, so he let it go. But that's the reason we drove back up there on Sunday morning, because he wanted me to get t hese rare bootleg CD's of my favorite band, Def Leppard. No one has ever done anything lieke that before for me. I mean it's kind of crazy -- drive an hour away to go to a store just for me -- unreal! And that's the only store we went to in the whole outlet mall. He was on a mission!!

I'm happy, excited and scared all at the same time. I'm trying hard to keep my wits about me. I'm not sure how serious this is yet. We still both enjoy our free time and space from each other. When we start meeting each other's families, then that's serious. I'm not ready for that yet. I think I'm being more of a commitment phobe than he is! I like the pace things are going at, so I'm just going to sit back and enjoy the ride.
