We had a date for today, and it's going to be gorgeous outside!!!!!!!!! Not too much wind, low 80's... perfect. But I ditched him for a date with a bowling ball head and cough. Ugh!!!Whatever it is that I have, it came upon me suddenly on Friday evening and I haven't been able to shake it. I'm fatigued, my head feels like a million tons, and it's achy. Bleah.
He sounded so sad on the phone... because he was looking forward to doing something today, but I am just not up to it! I am missing him too- but man... this PRESSURIZED HEAD is just not fun! And then he kept trying to set up something for mid-week maybe. lol I just don't know yet! I have to take it day-by-day! But I hope it won't last too much longer...
It's nice reading about all the neat dates some of the other ladies are having though! What fun stuff!
I'm curious about MARK though... no updates in awhile- how are things going with you out there???

LOL!
Yes! Laying on the couch is about all I feel like doing!!!
I changed the sheets on my bed just now- and that wore me out! Getting breakfast and doing the dishes this morning wore me out! Even to EAT my own breakfast... I almost didn't want to eat because I was tired, but made myself eat because I knew I needed to eat something.
Poor Hiker though... he kept trying to do SOMETHING today. If it can't be going out for golf, then how about just watching a game? He even found out that the Spurs was playing Houston today and thought we could go eat and watch the game (at our favorite sports bar/restaurant) but the thought of sitting out there and eating the junk food, and having to cart the kids off to my Dad's for babysitting, and then getting them back later... it was all too exhausting-sounding, even if I WANT to spend some time with Hiker somehow!!!
For a nurse, I sure make a horrid patient...
Hope you can abandon the kleenex soon, Alison! I know I've used up more kleenex this year than I have in quite a while!

Oh, I still had company... the company of the 2 boys! But no, I didn't have Hiker come over. I didn't want to risk giving him what I had, if it was something that could be passed. Plus, I know he wouldn't have had much fun, watching me lay there like a bump and not doing anything.
Steph!!! Sorry to hear your weekend was trashed by the sickies, too! I know you probably had gorgeous weather where you're at also! What a waste of a sunny spring day...
