I have some questions for all of you ladies!!
These were inspired from a post here plus another post on another board plus my own thoughts/questions in my head.
Okay.
1) Do you want to get married? List pros/cons and thoughts.
2) If it is a second wedding would you want a wedding again?
Here are my answers:
1) Yes, if I found the right person I would. But for some reason I don't feel in a rush to do this. I am enjoying my freedom so much right now.
2) I cannot fathom doing the whole wedding/bride thing again. But at the same time I would not want to elope. Maybe there is an in-between.
I am anxious to hear what you all have to say. Everyone is encouraged to post - even if you are an oldie who is now married or a lurker!!

I definitely would like to remarry. I would like my daughter to have a daddy seeing as how the "real" one isn't worth much to her. I want a partner to share my life with. Yeah, I definitely want that.
As far as what type of ceremony? I have no idea. I guess it depends on his situtaion. Has he been married before? Does it matter to him? My first wedding was simple yet beautiful and the only thing I would have changed is the groom!
It's something that crosses my mind. One one hand, since I've have the bride experience already do I need it again? BUT, I had it with the wrong person! I would like to do it right and stand before family and friends and vow to love this man without feeling like every single person in attendance is silently pleading "Please say no, it's not too late, please say no...."
Honestly, I'd get married at a courthouse with a sterling silver band if what I was getting in return was all the love and respect I didn't get from the first go 'round with the wedding and the diamonds.

Yes, I would definetely like to get married if it could be to my soulmate. I am hoping I will be with someone who is my best friend/companion/co-parent/partner in crime! Not asking for much, but why not shoot for the stars this time. My marriage which is turning out to be the never ending divorce was never happy, so I will definetely think it through this time. Of course I am cautious and gun shy, but feeling like I am willing to take the plunge if it was with the "one."
2) If it is a second wedding would you want a wedding again?
I would like some type of ceremony with my family and loved ones, or maybe just something intimate with the two of us in hawaii or some exotic island. I don't know, but definetely nothing big, had that already.
Yes, I really want to get married again. Marriage wasn't bad. The person I married was the problem, and I contributed by not standing up for myself and insisting on the treatment I deserved.
No, I don't want a big wedding. I had a relatively small wedding last time (75 people, as opposed to a friend who is getting married and planning for 500 people) but it was still stressful enough that I wouldn't want to do it again.
Hi!
Yes, I do want to get married. I married the first time for all the wrong reasons, but next time, I will marry because he is my partner and someone who shares life with me. I used to think I neverwanted to get married again, I now realize (especially at 1pm when the kids are asleep) that I need someone for me. And I know I will be an awesome wife.

Not sure if we will every get married but we have been together for 3 year now and will be at least another 4 before we can live in the same house. But I am not sure he was to get married again for this would be his 3 and my second.

If we do we get married I would love for it to be outside at sunset and have just his and my kids and just immediate family.
Then have a fun time after the wedding. Dancing and barbaque and good friends.

I'd like to get married again if I could find the right man.
