I was driving my kids to school today, and my son said to me, "Mommy, is winter almost over, it's scary and I don't like it any more". I second that emotion!!!! Unfortunately, I live in Chicago, so winter is just beginning. We're supposed to get 8 to 12 inches of snow between tonight and tomorrow. We have all been so sick this week, and the weather isn't helping. So, as I was walking to work today from the train I thought of this question:
If you could be anywhere in the world right now, where would you want to be?
My answer: I would love to be on a beach in Mexico, sitting in a lawn chair, toes in the sand, a Corona in my hand, and my honey right next to me. How's that for a fantasy for a cold, snowy, dreary, January day in Chicago!
Ok, now it's your turn.

Hey Donna,
This is a cute question!!
If I could be anywhere in the world, I would want to be in Switzerland, on top of the Rigi, with my son, listening to cow horns and sipping delicious swiss coffee and eating chocolate. It would be a sunny day and we would be warm. Having a good time, enjoying the beautiful mountains.
Cozumel is fun! Shane and I went on a cruise to Mexico last year in April (same time as Meggie was there on her honeymoon) and Cozumel was one big party! Hated to leave. Rent a scooter and just ride thru town seeing the sites. Get a map from the scooter vendor and go see the Mayan ruins. But take cash....they don't accept credit cards there and wear a helmet. The locals don't but they get the visitors and expect payment THEN. Shane talked his way out of a ticket, fortunately.
Things aren't too expensive and there is lots of jewelry stores there to look at. I bought a beautiful sarong for a few bucks and the vanilla is heaven. Buy some!
Enjoy your trip!
