If number one was a first I could deal with it - or rather let him deal with the consequences.

The others would be deal breakers for me.

No, No, No, No and No. Total dealbreakers... wouldn't deal with ANY of these.

Wow, hard questions!
For drunk driving, I'd give him the benefit of the doubt, wait and see if he were found guilty. If he were found guilty, I really don't know what I'd do. For rape, child pornography, and murder, I think I'd be gone, whatever that says about me.
Mostly though, I'd like to believe I'd know him well enough to KNOW he wouldn't do those things if we were that seriously involved.

On all issues, I would put a stop to the discussions of marriage and kids and stand by his side to see the evidence. Although my belief is that those charges are not the kind that are just "made up". They are pretty heavy duty so more than likely they could have some merit. I wouldn't initially walk away but if at any point I believed he was guilty that would be it. The relationship would be over. My child's safety will always come first.
