When a guy is talking to your chest...you simply look at him square in the crotch and say, "Speak up, I could hear what you were saying from behind that zipper."
I used to get the "I'm from out of town and could use someone to show me around" one all the time! But that's probably because I lived in a tourist haven.
One of my favorites, which was probably the cheesiest line I've ever heard but it made me laugh...was "Damn baby! You've got some dangerous curves! And I've got no breaks!"
But the most memorable I think was heading down an escalator at a mall and a guy heading up opposite me. We made eye contact and I smiled at him and he said, as we drew further apart... "WOW, you are a gorgeous and you've got the most beautful smile I've ever seen!..." And that was that! He just kept on moving, and I floated away on cloud 9. Would that count as a pick up line?

Oh com'on ladies....

LOL! I would never have the guts to say that. Of course, I've never had anyone talk to my chest either.
As far as the original question, I can't recall ever having someone give me a line. Either it never happened, or the memory is so old I can't find it.
