This morning was session number 12, week 4 of the personal trainer (as you know I went to the gym a few weeks before starting with a trainer).


That is a great report, Alison. It is good to be in shape and lose fat and gain muscle!! You will keep on seeing the improvements for a long time. It is so good that you can make the effort, time and money for a personal trainer - I think they make all the difference in the world!!
Resistance training, coupled with cardio, makes you feel so strong - no back aches - and you sleep well and have more energy and confidence.
