I met the friend of a friend who is single. He is very nice - but not a match.

a) wears an earing on the top of his ear - a big loop
b) DEALBREAKER - is a warehouse manager - that is okay - but he has this side business and he sells incontinence things and has the "bright idea" to sell them to a whole new sports market - guys who like to drink and watch a football game all day so they can pee in a cup discretely and not have to get up to wait in line to use the restroom and miss so much of the game - sorry - that just flipped me out. And I can't imagine hearing him describe that to my family and friends. Just can't go there. I almost fell out of my chair when he said that!!!! OMG!!

It is a shame because he is tall and attractive and very nice.

I cannot TELL you how many times i have pulled over on the side of the road, parking lot, etc, so dd could pee. Or me! (usually her though). Once, in traffic, i DID have her pee in a large McD's cup - she was MORTIFIED! But i would have NO qualms about doing it ... if you have to go, you have to go. BUT, when your fat lazy drunk ass is stuck on the COUCH, when a bathroom is 12 ft away? Screw you. GET UP!

Well, I would not look at it like you have been looking all these years - because the slate got wiped clean when you got here to the states!! So it hasn't been all that long - eh? LOL!! Was thinking that is a good way for you to look at it. You certainly had your share of European duds.

And I have been off and on. Feel like I really started looking this summer.

Anyway, I don't think you can put a rule on "kids or no kids" because I have seen a lot of good and bad on both sides. I think it depends on the person.

I really don't think I would ever choose another 40+ never married one, though.

And I do think one who has had kids is better just because he has had to fit someone else in his routine and can relate to our stuff.

Patience patience - keep weeding!! I have a good feeling for you with getting a house on your own and having your job do better - that will all put you in a better frame of mind with better bargaining power!!
