Sounds like a stick of dynomite to me-- I'd step away carefully. Normally I am the optimist, thinking things can work out looking at the positive. But this just seems to have to many issues attached before you even begin. Personally I would not go there- many other fish in the sea. Why risk getting into an ethics dilema if you can avoid it..

welcome to the board. tell us more about you!!

I agree - and especially since it is mixed up with a work issue where you are still working there and he is not.

Too many other fish in the sea to mess up where you get your money!

Wish I had some ideas for you to make money on the side-- I'm also looking. I'd love to have a work from home business or consulting thing going on. There are some great resources here, many independant ladies who have done it- created good work even from home.

I know you're wishing the guy who contacted you was not trouble. But I do believe you will find plenty of guys out there with similiar interests. One of our board leaders West is a fitness buff too- and she has never ending adventures to share!!

I'm pushing 40 also-- actually I am turning 39 in one week. A big party...that sounds great!!

Welcome aboard, Fitnfun!
