Being an advocate and supporter of your child is a draining endeavor, even when we love them as much as I'm sure we all love our children. And doing it alone is even more daunting at times. I'm sorry your day was draining.

Go for the wine! :)

Here is one baked brie with raspberry sauce and a shoulder.
Its not crap, I know where you are coming from.
I have been lurking here for months so I know its a safe place.
I have gotten all but one of my youngest DD's (7) diagnoses except one (epilepsy) on my own (left STBX when she was 20 months)
Since that time I have learned she is Autistic, has selective mutism, sensory integration dysfunction, mild cerebral palsy and global developmental delays. She has also had her tonsils and adenoids removed, tubes put in her ears, two eye surgeries, and dental surgery.
Its so hard at times for me. Her sisters (21 & 17) are there for us as much as they can be but its not the same.
So "whine" all you want...... just gives me an excuse to send you some cyber brie :)
Hugs,
Simply

Oh Honey -thats so so hard. Im sorry. But even though its hard to hear the dx, as you know - it means more help for him, in the right direction. Youre an AWESOME mom & everyone deserves a day of crying in bed now & then!

hey Pac,

I have been working and at school for 2 days so sorry to drag this post up...EHS went to visit his DD for her bday. And he is staying with the ex ILs but XW lives with them. Its not that I don't trust EHS I just have issue because of my past not his.

I texted him this morning and EHS and DD are going to Bush gardens for the spooktober fest.Sounds like a blast and wish I could do that with my kids.
