-graduating from college -moving to try and save my marriage (job transfer) -Finally being happy in a job I love, a community that has become my own, and a realizing a friend had become my lover. -cleaned house and then relaxed
100 million: -Take care of my mom and dad -take care of my brother -set up a trust fund for DS for school and house -take a vacation to Belize and stay at the Turtle Inn Placenia -build my dream home
4 places: Greece, Italy, Costa Rica, Belize
3 bad habits: talk too much, can have a short temper, procrastinator
What were you doing: - 10 years ago - 5 years ago - 1 year ago - Yesterday
10 years ago: I was 30 years old; still married; working at the place I do now (the first time); was trying to get pregnant with no success.
5 years ago: Brings back bad memories. I was at a new job, the one I was just let go from. I was divorced and in a relationship for over a year, but it was the beginning of the end for that relationship. It also was the start of one of the worst times in my life. I was dating the guy who is now married to my sister -- nuff said about that.
1 year ago: Good memories: I had just gotten back with my ex-boyfriend, and at that point in time, things were going great for me. Too bad it didn't last.
Yesterday: Me and the kids went to church then went grocery shopping. Today is my son's Cubscout Bake Sale/Auction. He and another kid from his den came over and we made two cakes and 2 different kinds of cookies for the sale and so that they could earn a badge. It actually was pretty fun.
5 things you would do with 100 million dollars: I would help out my family as much as I could. I would buy a bigger house. I would give a lot to charity. I would like to start my own business or e-business where I could utilize my creativity and my hobbies of crafts and painting. Set up college funds for my kids.
4 places you would run away to: Mexico, Ireland, the mountains of Colorado, a quiet cottage in the woods by a lake.
3 bad habits: cracking my knuckles, procrastinating on opening my mail, that's all I can think of.
2 biggest joys: My twins; my job, which I love and am very good at; and my hobby which is crafts and painting, although I don't do it as much as I used to.
1 thing you would never wear: A bikini or half shirt or anything that shows my belly. No matter how thin I am, those days are over. I had twins, and I have stretch marks that start in the middle of my stomach. I'm real sensitive about it; it bothers me more than it every bother any man I was ever with.
What were you doing: - 10 years ago - was 34 and pregnant with my son - 5 years ago - was 39 and getting a divorce - 1 year ago - turning 43 and enjoying life - Yesterday - running a half marathon
5 things you would do with 100 million dollars: - pay off all debt - gifts to sister and parents - trust fun for DS - invest invest invest - bigger house
4 places you would run away to: - Switzerland - Hawaii - Arizona - Colorado
3 bad habits: - shopping too much - interrupting people when they are talking - multitasking instead of listening
2 biggest joys: - DS - health
