Ok, I might have missed these questions before, but I thought I'd throw them your way...

What song have you ever requested to your SO or someone that was important to you?

What song makes you want to cry everytime you hear it? And why?

What song makes you always want to get up and dance?

What song puts a grin on your face? And why?

What song can you relate to, when you think about your X?

Can't wait to hear these answers!!!!!!!!!!!

I didn't mean anything about the age comment. It's just that as a single mom of 7-year-old twins, I feel a lot older than my 39 years sometimes. My BF is 43, and whenever I say I'm old, he says "hey" because that means he's old too -- and he certainly isn't old. He's 43, but he has the energy of a 21 year old. I wish I had his energy sometimes. BTW, I like Def Leppard's Slang CD too -- it's a little different -- and it wasn't commercially successful, but if you listen to it, there are a lot of great songs on it. Personally, though, no matter what they put out, I buy -- and I've never been disappointed yet.

I love the music by this Canadian artist, Loreena McKennitt:

You can listen to her music by clicking on that link. I find that it does all of these things.

Oh I'm so into VH. I have their greatest hits cd and I jam to it all the time in the car. Great Bose system, so I can play it LOUD! I also love Bon Jovi. Shane is a HUGE fan of them!!! I should look for tickets to see them. I think he'd love me more than he does already if I could snatch some of those and he has no idea, but I'm looking for Alison Krauss tickets for him too.

STP is the best! I saw them in Oct. 2002. They toured with Aerosmith and were awesome. Of course they aren't together right now. Scott Weiland is with Slash of G&R and some other guys and formed a band called Velvet Revolver. Not too bad.

Anyway, enjoy the concert. I'm hoping to see another one soon. Just Saw Prince in June and then a week later, saw Pat Green.

I never got to see them in concert . . . but I did see Velvet Revolver in . . . was it April???? I think so. Awesome. LOVE them. It was kind of a bummer though, because the cd didn't come out until AFTER they played here . . . . so I was hearing almost all of the songs for the first time . . .

I've seen Aerosmith a couple of times - - - twice we were late and didn't see their opening band (I know it wasn't STP here in Vegas, though, it was some up and comer that I wasn't interested in) and the last time I saw them was when they toured with Kiss. I hated that concert, in its entirety. Steve Tyler was sick, didn't run around stage, didn't sing well, just sat on a barstool and sang - - and VERY few of his old hits, but pretty much everything off their yet to be released at that time album (which I hate!) LOL

Concerts are our thing - we normally go to 2 a month . . . next is Van Halen (unless Tim breaks down and gets me tickets to Don Henley this weekend!), then is Faith Hill, then Brooks and Dunn, then Phil Collins, and we are going to Aspen again this year - - - technically for our first anniversary but actually a month late - during Jazz Fest - when NUMEROUS big names are playing. :)

How was Prince? I really wanted to see him here - - - but he played at The Palms - of course - the only venue in town we have no connection at - and he sold out in 15 minutes flat. BUMMER!
