I like amusement park guy- guessing Disney? We could call him Goofy! Anyhow, I hope you have fun with him...

and before I forget, ENJOY your trip north! I was hoping to maybe make it into the city, but that isn't going to happen. If you feel like a long drive upstate, though, give me a call!

As for CPA, well, even though it's a complete stereotype, you already think he's boring. I would normally say to give hikm a chance. My boss is an accountant, I went on a couple of dates with various guys with "boring jobs"... BUT they didn't tell me they weren't a prize. So, I guess I would say that feeling bad about someone's outlook and trying to be nice is definitely NOT a reason to date them, but if you think he might be someone you want to get to know, by all means, feel free.

Either way, have fun, and travel safe!

Moody

I think MrEngineer sounds like a go - I am guessing the beer gardens - hahaha - I used to live in Tampa.

I am not sure about the accountant. It is probably worth talking to him on the phone.

Mr. Engineer sounds like a good one to start with! I have to agree with the others that dissing yourself like the Accountant did isn't a good start. Sounds like he has a confidence problem and that may bring up things down the road BUT, on the other hand, he could just be shy. I'm thinking a phone call would say a lot about him.

I hope you have fun on your trip to NY!

Have a great trip, Liz!!! I will be gone pretty much the same amount of time with Hiker to New Orleans. I'll be looking for YOUR trip update when I get back with mine! ;-)

Not much to add to the dating aspects that the others haven't already said. I think you're doing great with your selection process! I hope the dates end up being FUN ones for you!

I've been out of pocket so I've totally missed out on this thread.
