Oh, so totally yay!!! I am SO excited for you, you must be feeling so great! Keep up the good work, just think how great you'll feel one year from your start date!

Bravo! It is great that you have stuck with it and see the results - that is a lot of inches!! It will only get better from here! Getting fit has so many great benefits for women - it keeps your bones strong, helps you control your weight, boosts your self esteem and helps you lower your risk for many diseases. The looking good/feeling good part is the best of course!!

This weekend I rode 52 miles and ran 9 - I am now 2 weeks out from my race and I feel ready. It is getting hotter so the run is a challenge in the heat - but I can do it.

When I get back from my trip to Switzerland I am going to focus on weights more too.
