LOL- I realized today that I spend so much time answering posts that I don't post about ME!

Wow, Alison, good for you- about everything!

I'm actually inspired by you to work out, and it's great that it's something you and J do together.

It's good that your mother has been diagnosed and is getting treatment, hopefully this will help with some of your issues.

Sounds like everything's going well, and that's great!

Sounds good. Really great to hear you are pleased with working out and it's working out for you. Glad to hear your son is having fun. Such a long time away, but good to know he is enjoying every minute. It's really good to hear other kids are just a quick minute on the phone and still loving everything. Godo luck with the workouts, and keep us posted about yourself.

This is a GREAT update Alison!! I am glad that you are doing so well in the gym. And of course it is great that Nicolas is having so much fun while you are getting a little break. That is very lucky!!

My DS comes home tomorrow morning after a 2 week vacation with his dad. I will be happy to see him and I know he will be so happy to be back. He had a few trials and tribulations on his trip.

Not too much is new here - I have been busy working and working out - am getting ready for a really big race in a week and a half - and am in pretty good shape - so will see. The puppies are getting huge.

I got out and did a lot of fun stuff and socializing while DS was away - made great use of the time. So that is good.

Still in the not dating boat - but really out there to run into the right prospect. Have met a lot of single men so that is encouraging.

Wow! You have made some serious ground in the past year!
I understand about the bipolar issue, one of my twins was diagnosed with adolescent bipolar and it took us a long time to get where we are now, he's still ocd and adhd but I feel half the battle has been won!
I also know how much you miss him but welcome the respite :)
My sons spend a few weeks with their Fathers Mother over the summer and they have a great time... and I miss them terribly!
She is a lifesaver for me!
Their Grandpa is helping to teach the 3 youngest to drive... that is an immense help to me in itself :)
I just need to work tons of OT to cover the "new" insurance rates! lol
It was great having an update...keep them coming!
