I am back...

After the wedding. It went well and we had a great time. His family was super supportive. We went to couple of nearby places and no official honeymoon yet. There is a lot to write.. the week before wedding was oh so tiring.. and wedding day itself was great..almost perfect .

Okay now..I dont want to freak anyone out..but I am a bit freaked out myself..I missed my periods and I did a test today and saw the plus sign.. I still cant belive it since I dont really feel anything much physically. If it is right I should be almost 2 weeks along.. I did not think it will be so fast (remember I was worried about age) and we were not really trying ..but we never tried "not to have";-). I havent told anyone yet.. I will take another test tomorrow and then see a doc. Biker is excited about it..but didnt jump up and down like I thought he would ..lol.. We both just barely got off from wedding excitement and here we have next news.. I feel like we could have used some time.. we had just started enjoying ou slow honeymoon phase..

Yes it is whirlwind indeed. I wish we had at least couple of months of honeymoon and be able to go to that Europe trip we had been talking about in November.

I have to try and focus on us and our relationship and not forget we are so brand new married , because for last few days I am so obsessed with baby stuff and being overly cautious. also we didnt have sex after that preg test..lol. I will talk to my doc today and see what she says. Last day I was driving and felt a bit dizzy but recovered in a second..So may be wont drive till things stabilise.

I think I missed that big news.. I will look back at posts. I would say relax..Now after the fact I can say I should just have enjoyed that time rather than waiting for the ring. Did you already pick a ring? Another thought I have now is that my engagement ring is really expensive..lol. I should have insisted that he get something less expensive. But it sure is pretty. Good luck and we want update.

"handsome glass of water.."

lol.. You are funny. Yes I think I do see that glimpse of handsomeness and cuteness from time to time..although he is "REALLY" a geek and like you said has very intense looks.. But no one will believe he can be really goofy with me. I always found him attractive, just that when I showed his pic to my friend long back she said she didnt like, so I always thought may be I a m the only one so drawn to him..never knew what other ladies thought..anyways now she met him in real after wedding (she met him for the first time) and said he is handsome and not like what she thought.

You know what I've learned, Dance? That no other woman needs to find your man handsome except YOU, because he is yours!!!! You're not dating him (well, married to him now) so you can impress your friends- you chose him because he impressed YOU. And that's all that matters.

I spent ALOT of wasted time in my past trying to date men who met some sort of approval of my girlfriends... when what I should've been doing, is just date men *I* liked, not men THEY might like! So now, I'm seeing Hiker and while he might not be every woman's dream... he is MY dream, and that's what counts. To me, he is the sexiest man on the planet. :-)

Your Biker is a handsome man... and Geeks Rule!!!! I'd rather have a man with brains rather than brawn, any day!

Yes, I totally agree.. I find hims sexy..and he seems a bit like your Hiker from what you say..the silent type who just "does" everything to make my life easier.. and yeah those back rubs..and foot massages..He just loves to massage me and his hands are "divine" ;-)..I was laughing about Hiker's backrub you mentioned in last post and I can totally see that how you would be in heaven..

I agree with Shrimpy- you're not with him to impress all the women around you!
