I'm sending J flowers to her office today.
I figure either she'll think I'm the greatest guy on earth, or some nut-job psycho stalker.
I wonder if she will call when she gets them?
Opinions?

I hope not Brian! I hope things calm down soon. There isn't usually so much chaos here! LOL
Hope you can stick around though.
The fact that you think she could take it one of two ways is a bad sign. It means you don't know her well enough and probably rushed on the flower thing.
You saw two extreme possibilities.....either she would think you are the greatest or she would think you're a psycho. That was your own assessment of the possibilities.
Do you have her home address? Has she ever emailed you from her work email address? If not, I think she might be a little creeped out about the flowers. That's just my opinion.
I hope she loves the flowers. Post your update. If she liked them, she will contact you.
And it takes 80 years to find a match!! LOL!! I was on there for more than a year and had no luck. I am hoping you will try it and report - I would love to hear what you have to say about the process.
It is free to sign up and see who your matches are - you only pay if you want to communicate.
TRY IT!! AND TELL US WHAT YOU THINK!!
Yessss!!!
J called me this afternoon after she got the flowers! Unfortunately I was not at my desk (where my cell phone was). She left a message thanking me for the flowers, said she was happy that she brightened my thoughts and the flowers definitely brightened her day.
I talked to her later in the day...she was happy to hear from me...I asked her if she took much harrassment from her staff (she's the boss), or if I embarrassed her with the flowers. She said no ... and when I joked that she must get a lot of flowers at work if she didn't get a little flustered, she laughed and said, "Oh you nut!". She made absolutely no mention of how I found her work address or anything...so I must be out of the stalker category.
She was heading off for a tennis match, but she asked me to call her tomorrow evening.
Be still my heart.
I tried it...no matches to manage...LOL
Well Judy...I guess we're too special!
Yes - we are special!! LOL!! Actually I think it is our age group that is special.
BUT anyway, do you feel like you took the entrance exam for the CIA? What a test, huh?!
Wayyyyyyyyyyyyyyy TO GO! Boy what a thread again! LOL
Here's my two cents:
I think that the flowers were a grand idea. I've been with men that would bring flowers on the first date. It's sort of a southern thing. I've had them sent to my work, home, vacation, etc. I'm a flower girl. The only thing that spooks me off, is when I get flowers from a guy, that I told to bug off, get lost, not interested. That to me, is then a definition of a stalker. Number two: I twice dated men that I quickly dropped from being over gifty with me: One sent me flower arrangements everyday since the day we met. So after 4 weeks, my house looked like a florist shop or funeral parlor. It was awful and that just really spooked the heck out of me. The other guy was so in love with me be bought me a car after 2 weeks of meeting him, sooooooooo another spooky thing. Just don't go buying cars now Brian, ok?
I think the note was awesome and I my heart would of fluttered like a BUTTERFLY in Spring! LOL
That was some psych examination, yep.
I even changed some things around...broadened location to "the world", broadened the age range on the low end and took off a couple of restrictions and still no matches. So it doesn't seem it would be worth my time to do e harmony.
