What is everyone planning for Easter?
I have a 4 day Holiday here, because in Germany Easter starts on Good Friday and ends Easter Monday. Tomorrow I will color 40 eggs and hide them Easter Sunday. Sunday Afternoon Nina's Grandparents will take Nina to their house in Bavaria so my Mom and myself are Nina free for a week to relax and concentrate on Alex and concentrate on ourselves a bit.
Tonight I'm doing nothing, but staying home. Tomorrow Easter stuff and shopping before all the stores close;tomorrow night dying the Eggs. Sunday relaxing and enjoying my kids. Monday I am going to visit my best friend and go have lunch with her and catch up, because none of us has had time for the other for several months.
So basicall, I am trying to do as little as possible! ;-) Right now my main priority is getting lot's of sleep and organizing my house to get the heck out of here.

I'm going to a Good Friday service at church with my friend this afternoon.
On Easter, spending the afternoon with my family - AND MY NIECE! My niece has a home pass for the entire weekend and will be released on Tuesday from the mental facility! We have ALOT to celebrate this holiday - and my entire family is REALLY looking forward to it!

Oh that's great Mindy. I assume she must be doing a lot better if they're releasing her. I'm sure her journey is far from over though. How great though that she can go home and can be with your family for Easter.
Have a great holiday!

The kids are home today coloring eggs with my boyfriend's mom. She always does that with them now. It's their little thing to do, so I've let that one thing go. (which is fine in a way with me, cuz I always found it more annoying than anything, but then again, you hate to not have those things with your kids).
Sunday, my whole family and my brother in law's family are all going out for a nice brunch/lunch. So it'll be an easy, relaxing holiday.
Of course, Catrice was at the urgent care last night with strep again, so yet again one of the kids will be sick. At least she's on antibiotics again, so hopefully by Sunday she'll be feeling more herself.
Everyone have a great Easter.

We are having a pretty normal weekend. My parents and sister decided to take a cruise, which is actually good for me - no expectations or flurry of social things to attend.
Tonight we watched the National Geographic channel - great shows about unique rain forest zoos and a shipwreck expedition in the Black Sea that finds history from biblical times. All good stuff - we love to cuddle on the couch and pick a show that we BOTH love - this usually means no chick flicks or sports events!! LOL!! DS is not real crazy about movies for some reason.
Saturday ds's dad is picking him up for the day - from 8 to 8 - the only time in 2 weeks of travel - but I will use the time to ride my bike, shop, work and get caught up around the house. Sunday DS and I will have a quiet Easter day together....
BTW - I just found the best deals on belts and shoes at WALMART of all places. VERY cute flip flops for $2-4 a pair - some even dressy - belts very cute for $6 and a purse for $7 that looks like it came out of Sacks!! Unbelievable. I want to clean my closet this weekend so I don't have anything I don't wear in there.
Actually I just want to get out of our apartment and enjoy the sunshine. It has been a long winter. Finally the nice weather is here. Can't wait for summer!
