I'm sure we've all had one, so dish it out!

Thanks for the update on you. You sound wonderful. I like where you said you are living your life for you and you don't care if you meet anyone. That's awesome. I'm not quite at that place yet. I always wanted another child. I also have come to grips with the fact that I may never have another one, and that's ok with me. I love the two that I have and they are enough for me. As for getting married again, I still would like to. I can't help thinking (and I don't mean this in an arrogant way at all) that I'm a really nice person, and I have a lot to offer someone. I just refuse to believe that there isn't someone out there for me. I'm also glad to hear that you get aggravated with on-line dating also and it's not just me. Actually, I've come a long way in my thinking about it. I don't let it bother me any more. Whatever happens, happens. I think for us, it's all a matter of timing -- meeting the right person at the right time, and a little bit of luck. You always have such a positive attitude. You really are an inspiration to everyone who logs onto this board.
You liked the joke about private lessons, huh. I'm dating myself here, but I know you are around my age. That was a movie in the early 80's (I think I was a freshman or sophomore in high school) about a rich boy who learns about sex from his parents' housekeeper. I remember it because I think that was the first racy movie I ever saw (my parents were real strict), so it kind of stuck in my brain. People I know say I'm too serious; I really do have a funny side.
I think the dog is a great idea. My son wants a dog, but I'm gone too much to have a dog. So we settled on kittens. And since we got them, I told my twins that they had to help out with the care of them. So far, they really do help out. And my son adores our one cat, Junior. He is so protective of him.
Have a great weekend!
Donna
Donna,
It's good to see you "back" being a little more active on the boards lately!
