Ever have one of those days that just runs into your night? You know when youre sitting at work and just LONGING for the day to be over because it has been nothing but non stop from the time you got up (5am). To top it off your 2 year old is entering into the full blown terrible two's and your a single parent with no family in the area and her father is ...well carrot pants who is only a babysitter when its convenient for him. And before you all jump the gun and say "well tell him he needs to step it up" let me be the first to tell you AINT GONNA HAPPEN. So when your finally running out the door at the end of your work day to race and hour to your dd's daycare to pick her up by 5 so you are not charged an additional $30 for a late pick up fee (and before you all jump the gun its one of the only reputable daycares in my area and one of the only ones without

I don't think there are enough hugs in the world to send you right now.

Holy moly. I am so sorry you are so lost in the deep end! Sending huge bursts of energy and caffeine your way. I think the only good news is that it can ONLY get better!
BIG BIG HUGS to you....

Thanks for all the hugs, caffeine, compfy pjs, drambuie (even though i cant drink anymore -WICKED hangovers even on 1/2 a glass of wine and believe me I could go for about a 1/2 bottle right about now).

Mark...thanks but truth be told I feel more like slumber woman right about now. Im just drained beyond belief and keep feeling tears welling up because im just sooooooo exhausted. I just find myself asking all the time and I mean ALL THE TIME when my break is going to come. I know you have to be proactive about everything in life to make things happen but when? Wheres the time for that? Id love to get back to the gym...but when? And sure theres a gym close to home that even has daycare available but its not fair to my dd. Shes in daycare from 7:30 am to 5:00 pm M-F. Saturdays she goes to her father. I take that time to clean the house, laundry, pay bills, errands, grocery shop and bed by 9PM. I dont get out to socialize at ALL. This sat night will be a first for me in a VERY VERY long time and Im a bit pensive about it to boot. Its the date with the prince and I think Im putting to many expectations on it but at the same point I really do need to get out. I think Im rambling at this point because im just tired.

So to save myself some time later Ill be using my lunch to go buy my mom a nightgown and some underwear instead of subjecting myself to rummaging through her unmentionables to find a "nice" pair...did i already say ewwwwwww?

OH dear - you poor thing!!!! That is a very bad day indeed. I pray you can get some rest and peace.

I think we need to pack you up and send you off to a spa in a tropical place for a week. Without a cell phone!! But we know that is not going to happen. Hang in there!!

I have a couple RULES for you to follow:

FORGET THE HOUSE. After dd leaves on Sat for CP's house, put on those pj's, get a good book, turn the heat up & GET IN BED. Who cares about the house, if you have to throw a load of laundry in, fine. But thats it!
