lol

But i guess it shoudlnt be an eye roll. Im am HOPING time has helped some of his issues. Granted, there is LITTLE communication b/w us, but usually its ok, when it happens. He still "tries" to goad me. He called Thurs & said "So, you going to let me see her for Easter?" I as usual, referred him to the psyc. He threw out some "My lawyers going to file a motion" & I said "Whatever, I will see you in court next Wed anyway".

Wed is IT. I hope. Supposedly at that point the judge will rule on visitation/supervision, etc, based on the mediators report - & also on attaching his pay for CS, & the 46 weeks of past due CS he owes now.

I finally spoke w/ Dr. K, the psyc - i have called him 3 weeks in a row, asking if he thinks its time for a supervised visit yet b/c Ave is having a REALLY hard time not seeing her Dad, almost 6 months now. He finally returned my call Fri (yesterday) & said he would call her Dad & arrange a meeting for thsi week. I e'd Taz that info.

But tonite he finally called dd, which he RARELY does.

I don't know - I still smell a rat and I would be inclined to stick to what the psych says and have little conversation with him. Is he still going to his appointments?

Oh believe me, its not like i TRUST him or anything. But it IS a good sign when he can act &/or speak to me like a normal human.

I thought those past-due payments were taken out of the lump sum you sent him?

No - it WILL be if needed. I paid him 1/2 at divorce, & owe him the other 1/2, 40K, in 3 yrs.

Make sure you take out interest from what is back owed if you can. And with regards to a 401K you should take out the penalty that you have to pay for withdrawing early.
