Yep, I am at my desk at work. I work for a University and we are closing at 1:00. I may stay for a couple of hours to get some stuff caught up. I can get more done in two hours alone than all day with everybody here!

Tyler- almost 15 years old.
Kristyn- 10 years old.

We live north of the DFW area of Texas.

I have been divorced for 4 years after being married for 21 years.

We are going to church Sunday morning. Then we are going to a friend's lake house for a big celebration with a catered lunch, Easter egg hunting, fishing and maybe boating. My kids are so excited!! I am hoping my new boyfriend can join us, but he is on call.

Catherine, 2 girls- Nina (5) and Alex (12), Charlotte, North Carolina, Officially divorced 11 months otherwise 5.5 years - long divorce process.

EASTER..... No real plans this year. Kind of strange living in an Apartment again. Haven't done that in over 10 years. I don't know where to hide the eggs this year. I may just do something small this weekend and try for a egg hunt in the mountains next weekend.

and what your Easter plans are.... I usually don't do anything on that day, so
the usual Sunday stuff I would do anyway. When I
was a kid being raised Catholic, my family used to
do elaborate celebrations, now that we are scattered
all over the US, and some of us are no longer Catholic,
we just don't do anything anymore.

I didn't have to work today, but I did a lot of work around the house... total spring cleaning day, including all curtians, blinds, the oven, all three refridgerators, scrubbing basebords, and basacally being a neat freak, getting summer clothes out of storage, and putting winter clothes away... I feel like I worked more today than I ever do at work. :)

Sorry, I get off from school today, too. :( But I feel bad for the rest of you who have to work...

Name: Snow (snowleopard or snowelf other places :) )

Kids: Snickers (DD 6) and Woobie (DS 2 next friday!)

City and/or State: I live in WI, close to the MN border--an hour from Minneapolis/St Paul.

How long you've been single: egads... too long. I haven't had a real boyfriend in four years... though I have just recently started pursuing and I have never been opposed to the idea...

and what your Easter plans are....

Saturday: Shopping in AM, then home to make green bean casserole cause it's the only thing I can make decently for a holiday, so I always get volunteered. :) Then my parent's house for easter dinner since my mom is a CNA and has to work on Easter. Just our immediate family (my parents, my little brother and his wife and son along my littlest brother.) Then it's off to my aunt and uncle's who are fabulous cooks and are going to help me make one meaty lasagne and one veggie lasange (cause I don't like hamburger and everyone else in the world does).

Sunday: Find easter baskets with the kids. Bake a cake. Then it's off to my aunt and uncle's again to have our big family easter dinner and an egg hunt and also celebrate Woobie's 2-year b-day.

Should be mad-crazy but fun! :)
