Would you sign a Pre-Nup?

If you got married again, would you agree to a pre-nup agreement if it was his idea?

Or would you suggest a pre-nup yourself?

What are your thoughts? Has anyone ever asked you about one, and if so how did that feel to be asked?

I would and I completely understand it at my age now that we have accumulated a life and nest egg (well to some degree). But believe me I would have it checked thoroughly to make sure it is fair.

Yes I would sign one, & depending on his financial situation I would even initiate one- I have (well hope to have) a house to protect.

I don't ever want to marry again, but If I ever did, I would be the one drawing up the pre-nup!

I have to protect what I busted my hump for, and to protect my kids as well.

For some odd reason, I don't consider it tainted at all. If I married a wealthy man, it would be to prove that I loved him, not that I was out for anything else. I did this with my XF. I told him I WANTED to have one because I wanted him to know that I love him for him, not for his money. In the end, he still didn't trust me, but that's because his family kept telling him a pre-nup would never hold up and that I was a gold digger. ANYWAY>>>>>>
I have NO money, so I would always suggest one as a way to prove that I love them for them.

Yes I would as long as it was fair to both of us. I have children. I need to protect them.

While I also agree that marriage is forever, prenups just make sense. I wouldn't have a problem signing one, and I very well

I did sign one in my first marriage, however, the birth of our children erased that agreement.
