Thought I would do a new post so's to not steal Pac's thunder...which is AGAIN SUCH GREAT NEWS!!!!

Been dropping in every now and again to stay caught up and honestly haven't been doing a very good job at it! For instance....didn't know Westie hung up her hat and our Pac friend took it off the rack to wear.(If you are reading this Judy, you are still an inspiration to me!!) Course, I am most confident of Pac's abilities also as I am of Allison's also. Did you see cl-Al whip out that list for Pac of all the necessary discussions Pac should have with BE!!! You go girl! Lots of good ladies on this board.

I see many new faces and am going to have to get familiar with everyone. I'll have to take an evening soon and try to get caught up on everyone. This Friday night may be a good time for me to do that as my DD14 will be going to her first high school homecoming dance!!! UGH!!! Just not suppose to be yet!!! If nothing else it will keep my mind busy if you know what I mean.

Things for me are about the same. Just life in general, I guess.

Been working on my front porch floor/steps. Just have to paint now. It took forever to strip the floor as there were only 5,000 coats of paint on it..well if felt like 5,000 anyway!!! First of the summer was a really bad time to start it as the summer was filled with nothing but dd's softball games. And of course lack of funds is always a factor with me. My theory is I'll get to it when I get to it!!! Only thing, it's starting to get to ME now because it's not completed and my most favorite time of year is here when it is so enjoyable to sit out there.

You are more than welcome to pick my brain but the pickin's may be slim. It's strictly a trial and error kind of thing which is kinda scary at times!!! I ask lots of questions at hardware stores and such. They probably get sick of me, but I don't care. My wheels are always turning. While working on one project I'm thinking about the next one and planning it out.
