OK I think this thread will go under this dating topic because it does have to do with dating.
Yesterday I decided that I needed to get rid of an old desk that was cluttering up my dining room.

Moms might think thay are saying the right thing, certainly want the best for us. But in the end it HAS to be what is right for us, not mom. Mom is not the one who will live out the logistics. In her mind she has an "ideal" but the does not mean it jives with your reality.
Hopefully she will allow you to make your own decisions and trust you on them and support those decisions knowing you are doing the best for yourself and your kiddos.
HAHAHAHA!! sausage for free - that's priceless!
Isys, I'm sorry your mom has taken this approach.
Well honey just tell her now we are in the next century and its all about "why buy the pig when you get the sausage for free".
"Besides, he doesn't come over to my house and clean toilets. So why should I be at his house cleaning toilets?"
Amen to this!!!
Thanks guys!
