Now, don't confuse this with random thoughts... there does not have to be any thought involved in this one... just curious how long this thread can get... just talking about nothing...

Although knowing us.. it will turn to men, love, sex, cowboys, embroidery (heheh T) and more...

Who wants to talk about nothing? It's all men think about. :-)

Thanks. I think she's adorable too, and many other positive adjectives. However, I'm her dad, and likely biased on this topic.

Thanks for looking. I'm very proud.

NO, she wasn't asleep. She wanted up there so badly and usually she's not allowed but we let her and she chilled like that for almost an hour.

*******
Your post was entitled "about the Brits". I would point out that every single thing you then said was about the English - not Scots or Irish or Welsh.
*******

Actually....the Indy winner was simply referred to as "British," and I didnt stick around for the post-race interviews, so I have no idea WHAT he was.

But you're right on the footie team, the text message I recieved said "Guess who's kicking Yank arse? Ingurland!"

If I told you Im a good bit Welsh, would that make it OK? Not to mention more than a lil Scottish.

Or would that just be an explanation of why I have trouble forming coherent sentences?

As for the Irish...well.. I worked with a woman born and raised in Ireland...and I read many of her son's tattoos...and I've kinda had it drilled into me that im to refer to Irish as Irish and not as British. :S

If you buy honey in bulk, know where to shop for the local stuff, and drive there and back, you can get it as low as $1/lb.

A typical store will sell you cheap, low quality, watery honey for $2.50 for 1/2 lb.

There's also the gourmet honeys which command a premium price as well. Not sure how much they run.
